PROCEDURES
Preliminary Client Interview:
Before any investigation is conducted, there will be a preliminary meeting with the client. Information will be gathered in the meeting to help PARA better understand the situation and find out the prime activity hour of which the paranormal disturbance occurs. This way PARA will know the appropriate time for which the investigation should be conducted. Specific details will be asked about the location and history if any can be provided. PARA will do ground work outside of the investigation to better understand the location. This includes internet information, library and newspaper archives. PARA will then schedule a convenient time with the client to when the investigation should be conducted and a date will be set. PARA may or may not conduct more than one investigation in the same location, depending if sufficient information was gathered in the first.
Finally we will ask the client to sign a waiver and permission form before proceeding with the said investigation.
*For the client's peace of mind all our team members are bonded and have signed a privacy agreement form.
Conducting the Investigation:
When the team PARA arrives at the scheduled location, it will be necessary to have a short informal meeting to establish perimeters for all equipment to be used. The PARA team will be a group of no more than 6 individuals at one given time.
Once the equipment has been set up,the PARA team will begin a walk through the entire building with handheld devices and cameras. We ask that the client remain silently in one specific location within the building unless otherwise directed. Silence is important when gathering evidence during the investigation, as chatter will interfere with the integrity of the recorded data.
PARA's prime directive is to determine and provide a scientific explanation to the disturbance or to be able to provide if possible, REAL proof of paranormal activity.
Once it has been determined that enough data had been gathered, we will end the investigation.
Data Analysis Review:
Once all the data has been gathered and reviewed by PARA, it will then be documented and summerized into a professional report, of which a copy will be given to the client.
Part of this report will be posted on the website keeping
client parties anonymous for obvious reasons.
Client Presentation Summary:
PARA will then have a final interview with the client presenting a completed report and conclude the investigation.
Solution Options:
If the investigation concludes that there indeed is paranormal phenomena occurring in the home, PARA will suggest some solutions and will give referred business cards of certain "special groups" or "qualified people" willing to come to the home and offer their services in expelling the paranormal disturbances occuring. This option rests entirely on the client's discretion and willingness to pursue on their own. PARA will have no further involvement with the client from this point and withdraws from any responsibilities or liabilities that may incur should the client choose to proceed with this endeavor.
